TRATON GROUP Research & Development
From 2020 to 2025, I worked at the heart of transportation innovation - first inside Scania’s renowned R&D environment, then within the Volkswagen-owned TRATON Group. I designed tools for engineers, strategists, and AI systems, eventually joining a cross-brand strategy group tasked with enabling collaboration between MAN, International, and Scania.
My focus evolved from product design and documentation workflows to full-stack AI prototypes, voice interfaces, and mentoring engineers on integrating generative AI into their daily work. Every day brought something new - and it’s been a privilege to be part of it.
The work included mentoring teams in AI usage, running local models (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI), rapid prototyping for tools like internal ChatGPT interfaces and navigation systems, and building video pipelines and documentation portals that saved time, improved clarity, and scaled across brands.
In a separate initiative, I helped design the interface for a platform that keeps 3D models, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation in sync across all brands - making part-sharing truly collaborative and real-time.

I designed the interface for a platform that kept 3D models, blueprints, and documentation aligned between Scania, MAN, and Navistar - forming the foundation of the TRATON Modular System.
With the Multibrand Studios initiative, I helped create an ultra-agile video pipeline that used AI-generated avatars and narration to explain technical processes. Production time was reduced by 70% while increasing clarity and engagement.
